The biggest impression on the patient is made when they see their photo
and simulation on the computer monitor. The image is big and bright
and can be altered while the patient is watching to simulate several alternative
treatments. This is a true WOW EXPERIENCE that the patient
will feel good about and talk about for some time to come.
 In
addition, printing the "before" and "after" for the patient to take
home is a great tool for post consult marketing. We call this
the Visual Consultation form. Just like you take home a new
car brochure, your patient can take home their printed simulation
and examine it and discuss it with family and friends.
The visual consultation can take many forms only limited to your
imagination and your publishing or word processing program. It can
be short and to the point or include all photos and descriptions
of the patient's problems and appropriate recommended solutions.
Patients often refuse or delay treatment because they cannot
visualize the results you are proposing. Nothing will help
your patient understand the value of your recommendations more than
seeing the results before their own eyes!
